I love this picture! Luca is enjoying being outside, despite some drizzly weather, in his yellow rain outfit, green shovel and dump truck. He's on a mission and his gaze rests upon the horizon. A little rain is not going to slow him down. At Good Shepherd Catholic School we are also on a mission and part of that means keeping our students focused on the horizon; that is, their future. Our teachers work hard to ensure that each child is successful and learns to perform to the best of his or her ability--not simply to jump through hoops, but to persevere for the love of learning.
