Men At Work

I love this photo of Austin and Walter in Miss Harper's class. They are working quite seriously making some Valentine's Day treats. I am always so impressed by the creativity of our teachers.  I don't have a creative bone in my body!  I have also become very defensive of teachers everywhere when people say that they only work a few hours a day and have summers off and that it is such a cushy job.  No way!  It takes so many hours behind the scenes to co-ordinate meaningful activities, lessons and field trips for students. People who think that teaching is easy have never taught.

Also a heartfelt thank you to all of the hard working teachers at GSCS who made Valentine's Day-and every day--special and memorable for these children.

Your donation to Good Shepherd Catholic School allows us to provide the best quality education for our students.
