"The Catholic school teacher...must retract his or her ego and let the Holy Spirit do the real work. Many, if not most, teachers go through their entire career with one job title: "teacher." There are no elaborate designations, promotions, or office suites for those who stay on the front lines in the classroom, courageously imparting their wisdom on their students for decades upon decades.
